Bommarillu Bhaskar, who is currently doing Allu Arjun’s ‘Parugu’, is going to direct Vikram’s first original Telugu film in lead role. Until now Telugu audience have only seen Vikram in small time roles or remake of Tamil movie. He is currently doing ‘Mallanna’ for Telugu audiences, which is in fact a remake of Tamil film ‘Kandaswamy’. Bogavalli Prasad, who produced Prabhas starrer ‘Chatrapathi’, will produce this film. This project will take off some time in July this year. He will be celebrating his birthday this year (April 17th) at Chennai with his family. Each year for his birthday, Vikram does something special and this year he plans to visit his fan club in Ambatur, Chennai.
Aamir Khan is remaking the superhit kollywood movie Ghajini which originally starred Surya and Asin in the lead role. Directed by A.R Murugadoss, the movie will have music by A.R Rehman.
Everyone was curious to see the bald look that Aamir will sport similar to the one that Surya had in the original. Recently he appeared at the premier of the movie Race and he will appear in his next film Ghajini in this look. Clean shaved, small hair-cut with a thick chip would definitely be a surprise for the Aamir Khan fans in the movie Ghajini. Bollywood’s Mr. Perfectionist went though one-and a half hour hair-cur session to bring him in this look. Hairstylist Avan Contractor completed the hair-cut for Aamir Khan in the presence of Aamir’s wife Kiran Rao, lyricist Prasun Joshi, designer Arjun Bhasin and director A R Murugados.
However the Hindi version of the movie is expected to have a different climax than the original.
In the film Industry as fast as people are getting married, the divorce rate is also rising high. The lastest to join the list of movie stars filing for divorce is actor Prakash Raj. Prakashraj visited the Family court in Egmore and sought divorce from his wife and Lalithakumari.
Prakash Raj is rumored to be having an affair with his personal secretary, choreographer Boney Verma, and also with another actress. However Prakash Raj speaking briefly to the media after filing for divorce rubbished the rumors and said there is no such thing going on. Prakash also has requested the court for the custody of his daughter.
Lalithakumari has not yet filed for the divorce petition as it is said that close family and friends are hoping for the reconciliation of the couple. In 1993, he did do love-marriage with his love Lalithakumari, who is the sister of the famous, glamour artiste of Tamil filmfield called ‘Disco’ Shanthi. Prakashraj-Lalithakumari couple has one daughter by name Pooja.
